RENTAL RATES 2021
The following rates are based on one week's rental for 12 adults/children plus two babies in cots. All bedding, towels, pool towels and final clean are included. We're very happy to accept dogs so please do take a look at our Dog Page for more info.
Our changeover day is on a Friday during peak summer season but we do have some flexibility outside of those times.
To secure your chosen date we'll need a deposit of 25%, then the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday, together with a £300 refundable security deposit which will usually be returned within 7 days. Check our availability calendar.

PLAN AHEAD!
The Brest Maritime Festival is held every 4 years, the next one will be in 2024.
The city welcomes over 2,500 vessels including tall ships from around the world. A celebration of different cultures and seafaring traditions, entire sections of the festival are dedicated to foreign flotillas, their music, food, and culture.
During the entire week, there will be fireworks, music, animation and, at night, the entire harbour of Brest and its ships alight, making for a magnificent, breathtaking show. And for those interested, the festival also offers scientific, oceanographic and industrial research projects, to learn more about ships and the sea all while having fun.
